| The
sancTuar team is now into manga/anime
movies. We are not talking about Dragon Ball (Z,
GT, series, manga, movies..) or Ken or Akira.
Dont get us wrong: these are also excellent
examples, but a little "oldschool" for
2003. We are talking now
about:
Ghost In The Shell : brilliant in
every way, from the script to the concepts behind
it. A "cult movie" in every way. The
things you see in this movie also
"inspired" movies like TheMatrix,TheFifthElement,
Blood - The Last Vampire : from
the creators of Ghost In The Shell. Also a cult
movie but a little short, about 50 min. Has
the most realistic images we have ever seen in
this genre. Also the animation is flawless. The
story is great but some may find it not too
detailed.
Vampire Hunter D - BloodLust :
This is a movie in every possible way: over 1h 40
min of pure dark pleasure, incredible animation,
great sound and shivering music, excellent
story from the first seconds till the last.

Has tons of pictures made using various programs
for 3d-2d graphic. To amuse yourself try the
Poser section. After 6 galleries you'll become
bored seeing the same "identical"
crap. Also try Digital Art. In
my opinion much better than Renderosity.

Elfwood
site - probably the biggest site ever for amateur
drawings/ sketches/ artworks- finally fixed their
"search" engine. But now there is no
"advanced search" as it used to be. But
still better than nothing. Check it out. Also has
added new galleries (the ones from 1000 to end) |
| Also
another old site has re-opened it's gates. Fantasya is a
site smaller than Elfwood and more commercial-has
artists like boris, royo,... .Does not have
characteristics of the artist nor thumbnail of
the artwork. So you gotta try them all..and
sometime it's not worth it! But it requires lots
of time - it loads extremely slow!!! |
